Its really important to get the strumming and chord changes right.

then you'll hear on the A and D strings:

Then back into Asus7 - C7 progression for "she holds the hand.."
On the "Rise above.." part, back into A# - Cm7 - G progression and
softly into the chorus, then louder the last two times.
Outro is Asus7? - C7 while singing "the shades go downnnn".
Play soft in the end and fade into this on the D string:
